This policy covers groundglasstech.com. Each of our apps has its own privacy policy on its own site, linked at the end of this page.
Project requests. When you use the Start a project form, we receive your name, company, email address, the type of work you need and any notes you write. The form sends this to us as an email. We do not keep it in a database.
Email. If you write to us directly, we receive your email address and whatever your message contains.
Server logs. Like nearly every website, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when a page is requested, such as IP address, browser type and the time of the visit. These logs are used for security and to keep the site running, and they are kept for a limited time under the host's own policies.
We use what you send us to answer your request, talk with you about a project and keep a record of that conversation. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not use your information for advertising.
Hosting and email. The site and our email are run by service providers who process data on our behalf so the site can load and messages can be delivered.
Google Fonts. The site's typefaces load from Google Fonts. When your browser requests them, Google receives your IP address, as it would for any file your browser downloads. Google's privacy policy covers that request.
We share personal information beyond these providers only if the law requires it.
Project requests and email stay in our inbox for as long as they are useful for the conversation or a project, and for any period the law requires for business records. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you have sent us. Depending on where you live, laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA may give you additional rights. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.
This site is for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
unClick, unCraps and unBlackjack each publish their own privacy policy, which describes exactly what that app does with data. You can find them at unclickapp.com, uncraps.com and unblackjack.app.
If this policy changes, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
